All our upholstered beds and headboards require a boxspring and a mattress. I'm not sure if a tempur pedic has a boxspring, however, if it does then it will work with any of our upholstered beds. All our upholstered furniture is built here in the USA so the quality is unsurpassed. The Connor looks great in fabric and even nicer in leather.
