Each of our custom leather, fabric, and slipcover pieces is bench made to order by master domestic furniture craftsmen and shipped direct to your door in an average of 6-8 weeks or sooner. We use only the finest furniture components including select kiln dried North American hardwood frames, guaranteed "no-sag" spring systems, plush cushions, and durable coverings. Therefore, if under normal household usage you experience any manufacturing related defects with your furniture piece(s) at any time simply call us and we’ll arrange to either get your piece(s) repaired in your home, get your piece(s) sent back to the factory for repair, or at our discretion, replace the piece(s). We simply can't stress enough how well made and comfortable our pieces are, but don't just take our word for it, read our comprehensive warranty information below.

QUALITY WORKMANSHIP: All of our custom upholstered furniture is built to order in the United States. Our skilled domestic craftsmen are proud of their work. All stitching, welting, and construction materials are guaranteed for the life of the original cover under normal household usage. All wood furniture is built to our demanding quality specifications and is fully inspected both when it leaves our manufacturers' facilities and before it ships to you.

GUARANTEED FRAMES AND SPRINGS: Our heavy-duty, kiln-dried hardwood frames and highly engineered spring systems are guaranteed against cracking, popping, squeaking, and sagging for the life of the original cover under normal household usage.

COMFORTABLE CUSHION CORES: Our "standard" high resiliency, medium firm density cushion cores with Dacron wrap have a limited three year replacement warranty and our plush down feather wrapped seats have a limited 1 year replacement warranty. If for any reason a cushion core should fail under normal conditions within the time period stated, we will replace it at no charge (please call for details).

DURABLE FABRIC COVERING MATERIALS: All our upholstery grade fabric covering materials have been thoroughly tested for wear and durability. However, since we can not foresee the environment in which our furniture will used, we can not guarantee and resume responsibility for wear and fastness of color. Most of our durable fabrics are stain resistant and many are actually stain treated at no extra charge. In addition to our standard manufacturer's warranty, we're proud to offer you an Optional ServeCo® 5-Year Total Fabric Care Plus Pet Protection Plan on all our fabric upholstered furniture items through ServeCo®... the leader in quality furniture care products and extended warranty plans.

TOP GRAIN 100% LEATHER COVERING MATERIALS: Our beautiful aniline dyed, upholstery grade, Italian tanned Tier 1, 2 and 3 leathers are very durable and easy to maintain. We use only full-grain/top grain leathers on our furniture which is the strongest and most supple part of the hide. We do not use any man made faux-leathers or leather splits on any of our fully upholstered furniture pieces. Our Tier 1 and Tier 2 leathers have a light polyurethane top coat which makes them scratch resistant and are perfect for homes with pets and/or children. Our Tier 3 wax, oil pull-up leathers have not been buffed or sanded and each has mild distressed properties. The natural characteristics inherent in these leathers are considered by many to be the hallmark of fine leather. Stretching during the upholstery process may cause our Tier 3 leathers to lighten slightly which adds to their natural beauty. LUXURIOUS WOOD FURNITURE ITEMS: All non-upholstered items have a warranty against manufacturing defects. All claims for non-upholstered manufacturing defects must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. In addition to our standard manufacturer's warranty, we're proud to offer you an Optional ServeCo® 5-Year Total Wood Care Plus Pet Protection Plan on all our wood furniture items through ServeCo®... the worldwide leader in quality furniture care products and extended warranty plans.

LONG-LASTING RECLINER AND SLEEPER SOFA MECHANISMS: Our tempered steel recliner and sleeper sofa mechanisms have a three year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. All units are design engineered for years of "trouble-free" use.

* 30 Day In-Home Trial requires a full 30 day merchandise evaluation in your home. 30 days after delivery of your piece(s) and within 15 days following, if for any reason you're dissatisfied with any aspect of our merchandise, simply call us Toll Free at 1.888.378.8383 to arrange for shipment (at our cost) back to North Carolina. Once we receive your piece(s) at the factory in North Carolina and determine that they are in factory original condition, we will gladly refund your product purchase price and all shipping costs (less a nominal 10% re-stocking fee). On exchanges (returned merchandise for new merchandise) due to non-manufacturing related issues, customer will be charged a 30% of purchase price re-stocking fee for the original merchandise plus return freight and re-delivery charges. Also, on exchanges any/all new merchandise is non-refundable and non-returnable. All additional slipcovers, "Clearance" items, orders that utilize "Customers Own Materials" or that require specific customization beyond the options presented online sales are final and can not be returned. Wood furniture and accessory items have a warranty against manufacturing defects. To receive credit on these items, they must be returned in original packaging with all hardware. If a structural defect occurs with your piece(s) simply call us Toll Free at 1.888.378.8383 and we'll arrange to have your pieces sent back to the manufacturer and replace/repair (at our discretion) your piece(s) at no cost excluding freight and return packaging. Orders cancelled 7 days after the order confirmation date are subject to a 15% of retail price "cancellation fee." Customer is responsible for making sure items ordered will fit into the home (please notify us of narrow openings at time of order). If items are too large to fit in the home and refused, customer is still responsible for all delivery related fees and a 30% of purchase price re-stocking fee.
