QUESTION: Can I order this without the sleeper If so would it be less expensive? by Laura R 3/4/2013
QUESTION: I love the way this sofa looks but am not sure it will fit through my door. The door frame is only 29 inches wide. Do the delivery people bring it in to your living room and unbox it Will they carry it up the steps into your house? by Frank H 1/25/2013
STAFF ANSWER: Yes, our delivery team will unpack and bring your sofa up two flights of stairs, into the home and place it in the room of choice. 29" is very narrow so this sofa will most likely not fit through that narrow of an opening, sorry. by Jeffrey K 1/28/2013
QUESTION: Can someone confirm the length of the sofa bed when it is opened I believe the description says 68" but it is not entirely clear. Thanks! by None N 6/17/2012
STAFF ANSWER: The Queen memory foam or innerspring mattress measures W60" X L72" X H5." If you're trying to determine if the sleeper will fit in your space with the mattress pulled out, I'd count on 7.5 feet from the back of the sofa to the front of the sleeper mattress when pulled out. by Jeffrey K 6/18/2012
QUESTION: What is the frame made out of Is it a hardwood frame or pine or something else I don't see a picture of what it looks like when it is "unfolded" to a bed? by Gina M 4/22/2012
QUESTION: is the sleeper bed the entire width of the sofa or does it stop at the chaise section how does it work in conjunction with the chaise i couldn't find any photos featuring the sleeper by None N 4/17/2012
ANSWER: i dont have the sleeper but i will guess it is the entire length of sofa as the chaise cushion is removable and comes with separate cushions for couch and ottoman. this couch is great! comfortable, the et depth is comfy, the arms are wide so it is great to put a pillow there and lay on your side and watch TV or take a catnap. purchased one for motherinlaw and one for myself by V T 4/20/2012
ANSWER: It is a queen size sleeper, so it is full length of the sofa by Dennise B 4/19/2012
ANSWER: The chaise section is long enough to sit up and read on, but not long enough to fully stretch out and sleep on it, unless you are a child. I nap on the sofa section all the time lengthwise and it is a very comfortable couch, whether you are reading on the "chaise" section or laying down on the sofa cushion sections. I am very pleased with it. by Lorraine S 4/19/2012
ANSWER: The sleeper bed is a queen-size mattress, the entire width of the sofa. The chaise section is quite versatile, it is a moveable ottoman base, that comes with three cushions.
1. Chaise extended cushion - that fits into the sofa and extends out over the ottoman base to make that side of the sofa appear as a chaise.
2. Ottoman cushion - that is the same size as the ottoman base, so you can move it around like a traditional ottoman.
3. 3rd Sofa cushion - which you would use when the chaise cushion is not in use.
Note: If you order additional down padding in your sofa cushions, please know that the chaise cushion is not stuffed that way. For this reason, I prefer to use the separate couch and ottoman cushion combo.
Also - the couch is very comfortable - but low to the ground. Some older guests have preferred to sit in chairs rather than sink down into this nice looking furniture. I sit on it all the time.
Because there are three sofa seat cushions, they are smaller and when someone sits on the sofa, that cushion tends to slip even lower into the sofa base because the bed mattress and frame don't provide the same level of seat support that a traditional sofa no bed would provide with springs, etc. So, I have to fluff up the cushions after I watch a movie or something. by T E 4/19/2012
QUESTION: This sofa looks kinda stiff. Is it soft and comfy - inviting to sit and lie on
thanks! by Consuelo L 7/14/2011
ANSWER: It's firm and a little stiff but I really like it. by Dennise B 8/4/2011
ANSWER: I have been very pleased with this set. It is slightly stiff but in this case it works perfectly. I also added my own down throw pillows. by L B 8/4/2011
ANSWER: Should have mentioned we did NOT get the down upgrade and have been very happy with it. by Tiffany P 8/2/2011
ANSWER: The cushions are firm but the sofa is very comfortable to both sit and lie and read on. It's in our den and a wonderful addition! We've only used it as a sleeper once but our guests said it was quite comfortable. We did add a piece of egg crate foam to the top of the mattress, but just because we had it on hand.
Hope that helps! by Tiffany P 8/2/2011
We have had our sectional for 9 months now. We purchased the sofa during a down cushion upgrade special. I find it very comfortable; however, we don't know how much differenct the down makes. Our family has slept on the pullout bed and have slept well. We have not slept on it ourselves.

ANSWER: good observation.....while I am happy with it, it's not the most comfortable couch ever! it is a bit stiff and i think i even purchased the down feather option. On the brighter side, the sleeper pull-out is AMAZING. One of the most comfortable pull out beds ever. I would recommend lining it with many soft pillows. by C H 8/2/2011
QUESTION: I have a 31" door opening - will this fit through it Thank you! Michelle by Michelle P 3/30/2011
ANSWER: I have this couch with the upgrade for down insert. It was perfect and is extremely comfortable. It is a highly recommended product by L B 4/5/2011
ANSWER: We have this in our office and the door opening is just a hair over 31" -- closer to 31 1/4". It fit through just fine. The delivery team removed the door from the hinges just to make it easier, but I don't really think they had to. by Tiffany P 4/1/2011
QUESTION: Hi - I want to know if you are happy with your couch I am considering purchasing one from this company also - thank you for your help by None N 2/2/2011
ANSWER: i would highly reccomend it. although the couch is a bit on the stiff side for my preference, the sleeper is awesome. very comfortable. just make sure you choose a good color! by C H 2/2/2011
I'm very happy with my couch. I splurged and bought a high quality upholstery as well as extra down padding in the seat cushions. As a heavier guy 220 lbs The seat compress a little when I sit down, so I just make sure to sit in different spots from time to time, which keeps the cushions looking new!
Be aware they do not stuff the chaise cushion with down, so it lays just slightly flatter than the smaller seat cushions, but it is not noticeable with a pillow on the sofa.
I switch the chaise from left to right, and remove it when more than one guest comes over. I love the versatility and comfort of it.
I have not used the sofa-bed, but I wanted it just in case. Enjoy. by T E 2/2/2011
ANSWER: We are very pleased with our couch. While we were a little skeptical about ordering a couch online having never sat on it; in the end, it worked out beautifully. It's the perfect size...and I'm told the sleeper mattress is quite comfortable to sleep on, too. by B R 2/2/2011

We found the sofa to be very comfortable. I have not slept on the sleeper mattress, but my parents - who are in their 60s - both slept well on it.
My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase.

STAFF ANSWER: Michele,
Hi, my name is Jeff King. I'm a customer service agent here at clubfurniture.com. I noticed that you didn't get a reply to your question so I thought I'd reply. All our sleeper sofas feature a tubular steel mechanism with a "trampolene style" base. We then rest a 5.25" innerspring mattress on top. This creates a very comfortable sleeping and sitting environment. I hope this helps. Thanks, we look forward to working with you. by Jeffrey K 12/13/2010
