ANSWER: Yes, it is extremely comfortable, all of our guess have mentioned that they have never felt so comfortable on a couch. I did order the set in the upholstered micro suede mocha brown and it wears like iron, extremely pet friendly does not hold any odor, spills wipe right off it an the fabric becomes so subtle and soft in a very good way sort of like that old favorite shirt! I also ordered a set of demin slip covers which wear and wash well and feel like broken in jeans! I use the slip covers in the summer for giving me a lighter airy color for the warm weather.
I have had nothing but pleasant dealing with club fruiniture and the people, and workmanship is tops. I have referred people to them. by B S 12/14/2011

ANSWER: Our Dillon sectional is very comfortable. It's not too deep or shallow, but I would highly recommend getting the down cushioning option as it gives the couch a better feel and also incorporates springs within the cushion for further support so I'm told. I'm not sure the couch would be as comfortable or durable with just the standard foam cushions, and I think others reported some sagging/compacting issues with the standard foam. Our sectional takes tons of abuse from our six- and four-year-old boys and gets constant use in our family room, and after almost two years it appears to be holding up very well.

ANSWER: I love the durability of the furniture and the fabric. I purchased an off-white couch brand new step-mom, by the way; however, the couch has handled 2 cats, 1 dog, 3 teenagers and a messy husband, beautifully. I take the vacuum cleaner to it every once in a while, and in an instance, the couch is actually clean again! I will order again.

ANSWER: I like the quality of the furniture very much. The fabric we chose is very atrractive and durable. The furniture has held its shape for a long time. If I would change anything - it would be to get the firmest and strongest "forms/stuffing" in each individual cushion/back rest. We have the firmest stuffing in the area of the chaise cushion. And, I think I would prefer that firmness in all of the seat cushions and back rests. Can't beleive we have had this sofa for 5 years already. I am a satisfied customer over all. ANSWER: The quality of our Dillon sectional is very good. Our two boys ages 6 and 4 love using it as their own romper room and it takes all their punishment with no problem. We also have a cat whose claws occasionally get too long and get stuck in the fabric, but it's also posed no problem. We've had the sofa for about six months, but I get the feeling it will last and look good for a long, long time.

We got the microfiber fabric that was recommended for people with kids/pets and it's really fantastic. Whenever there's a stain I just dampen a paper towel and give the stain a little rub and when the spot dries the stain is gone. We got the mushroom color and it's very nice, but the fabric is directional so it varies in color from darker to lighter. We've grown to like it but if you're looking for a uniform/flat color you'd be better off with another material.

We also got the down-wrapped cushions and I'd highly recommend them. Our seat cushions are perfect -- not too stiff and not too soft and just really comfortable.

So the only negative I'd have would be that you can't see/sit on the actual sofa until it's at your house so you really have to be comfortable with that. I also had a bit of an issue with the shipping company who failed to mention that if I can't be there for my initial ship date it would be another week before they'd be in my area again. Had I known that I would've found a way to be there for the initial date. After complaining they eventually worked with me to get the sofa a little quicker, but I thought their communication was not as clear and upfront as it should have been. The actual delivery was on time and setup was quick and went off without a hitch, and the guys were nice too.

Bottom line is we love our sofa and would buy from Club Furniture again. by Timothy S 2/12/2011

ANSWER: We have been happy with this furniture. Since we bought it 6 years ago, our two teenagers and their friends and their parents and their friends have used it daily, and it has held up well. The only weakness was that one of the down-filled back pillows buckled and wouldn't sit straight on its own. Club Furniture replaced it free of charge after 4 years, no questions asked. It is slumping again, and CF told me they no longer use down for back cushions because of this problem; they use foam. The microfiber looks a little sloppy because of its nap--ok for a family room, but not for a living room. It also gets a bit saggy on down seat cushions, but the down is so nice and soft.

All in all, our sofas are very comfortable, durable, and seemingly well constructed. The company has been great to work with. by C D 2/11/2011

We like the "Dillion" sectional very much; however, there was one area of concern we had. The foam sitting cushions for the couch were too soft and you could feel the frame. We did not upgrade them at the time of our purchase. I believe more foam information should have been made available since the sitting confort for buyers can vary.

We just replaced the foam cushions with high resistance medium firm ones. This upgrade was very costly. The couch is now more to our taste and very comfortable. by J A 2/11/2011

ANSWER: The quality is very good, I have the microfabric upholester and it wears like iron, and very people & pet friendly. I also, for the summer ordered a demin slip cover that is machine washable and wears just like your favorite blue jeans.
