ANSWER: We find it to be very comfortable. We purchased ours back in 2008. We have the couch with a chase lounge on either end and an ottoman in the middle. It works well in our finished basement which we turned into an entertainment area/ play area for the kids. We watch a lot of movies on a projection screen and the size of the sectional allows the entire family to relax with their feet up. We find the seat cushions to be firm and supportive but still comfortable. The pillow backs are very plush and comfortable.
