QUESTION: What is the fiber content of the tier 3 velvet fabric Is it durable? by None N 10/19/2011
STAFF ANSWER: The velvets on the Brooke fabric upholstered sectional and all our other non "Designer Style" upholstered furniture styles are 100% polyester which is very durable. We also offer several Cotton/Poly Tier 3 velvets in our "Designer Style" series. by Jeffrey K 10/20/2011
QUESTION: Who makes this sectional? by None N 10/19/2011
STAFF ANSWER: All our fabric and leather upholstered furniture and sectionals are built here in the USA. We currently have five manufacturers one in Southern VA and four here in the Hickory area of NC. The Brooke sectional is built here in NC for us under the clubfurniture brand. If you're out in the marketplace we'd ask that you compare the styling, quality and comfort of our pieces to those you'd find at Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn. by Jeffrey K 10/20/2011

ANSWER: they are pretty firm, but comfortable. you don't sink way down into them, but they give a little so it doesn't feel like you're sitting on a hard surface. Very comfortable for TV watching. by L I 2/10/2011

ANSWER: Firmness of cushions depends on which cushions you order, so it's the same for all couches. We ordered the down-filled, which are the perfect mix of firm/soft for us. by R O 2/10/2011
ANSWER: Hi Linda,
I bought this exact couch about 1 year ago. Besides being an exceptional value 50% of the cost of the same couch from Pottery Barn, the cushions are quite firm, resilient, and hold their shape very week. I'm a big guy, and I need a big couch that doesn't break down after I've spent countless hours lounging, napping, surfing, and roaming around my couch...and this club furniture couch has been terrific.
Hope that helps.

ANSWER: I ordered the down cushions and intially the cushions are firm but over times they become soft. The couch is very comfortable and I love it! Very similar in style to the Pearson Sofa from Pottery Barn but not Pottery Barn prices. Well worth the purchase. I hope that helps. :- by D A 2/10/2011
ANSWER: We have the down upgrade and the cushions are quite comfortable even three years later. I would not call them firm or soft. You don't sink in and you don't bounce off the cushions. Sorry for the vague answer but honestly this is one of the most comfortable couches we have ever owned and it has held up very well to our little boy and two cats. by C E 2/10/2011
ANSWER: I would say more on the firm but not uncomfortable. I had a couch with down cushions before and it just did not last as they would just smuch down. these stay uniform by C S 2/10/2011
